1972 June - Delivered RAF  
1972 July - issued to 15 SQN RAF Laarbruch Coded ‘H’
1979 Transferred to 16 SQN  Coded ‘O’
1980 February 11th - Suspension of Peace Time Flying in Force following crash of XV345 at Red Flag due to wing spar failure on February 7th 1980
1980 Suspension of peace time flying lifted. XX892 first to lift off closely followed by XW544.
1982 Transferred back to 15 SQN
1982 November 22nd - Last recorded flight on airframe paper work
1983 July - Last flight Laarbruch to Shawbury for long term storage
1983 Grounded and stored at RAF Shawbury
1984 Transferred by road to No 2 Technical Training at RAF Cosford
1985 Declared Cat 5, Allocated 8857M
1993 Withdrawn from use at Cosford
1993 Retired from RAF service

Sold to Rob Goldstone and moved by road to Parry’s Yard near Shawbury
2001 Found by George Palmer and Dave Webber who started the restoration
